Obama Distances Himself From Planned Parenthood Sex
Trafficking Scandal
 In
a weekend interview with a local television station in
Virginia, President Barack Obama was forced to answer a
question concerning the national scandal surrounding
Planned Parenthood.
The scandal has Planned Parenthood centers in Virginia
and three other places — New Jersey, New York, and the
District of Columbia — actively helping to arrange for
abortions and STD testing for undercover investigators
who pose as operators of a sex trafficking ring. The
Planned Parenthood staff not only show no concern about
he illegal and anti-woman activities, they help the sex
trafficking operators avoid further scrutiny and give
them advice for how to get the girls back out on the
street.
“There’s a conservative group that went into Planned
Parenthood with video cameras and taped what appeared to
be Planned Parenthood workers turning a blind eye to sex
trafficking,” the NBC 12 interviewer began in the late
Friday interview.
“Republicans here in Washington have turned this into a call for you and
for other leaders in Washington to strip Planned
Parenthood’s funding from the federal government. Do you
think this video should be a reason to look at Planned
Parenthood funding? Do you think it’s a setup? How would
you react to that?”
Obama
responded initially by trying to deflect the issue from
Planned Parenthood to the economy:
“Well, you
know, I will tell you, um, the vast majority of people
right now, uh, what they’re thinking about are jobs, the
economy, um, and I think that sometimes these issues get
manufactured and they a lot of attention on the
blogosphere. But what folks that I talk to have been
asking is: How is the economy going to be doing? Are
jobs going to be created? Are businesses going to be
located here in the United States?”
Eventually, Obama got around to responding directly to
the question.

Recalls and Product Flaws
Hydroxycut, a popular diet
drug, has been recalled amidst claimed that the drug is
responsible for liver damage and at least one death, a
19 year old, has been blamed on
the product.
Perhaps the shocking portion of the story, though, is
that that death occurred in 2007. Why did it take the
FDA so long to react? According to the FDA, the product,
a formulation that's been changed multiple times and
advertises that it uses only natural ingredients, is
difficult to track, since many issues are never brought
to the attention of the FDA, which the agency states is
reliant upon the public's willingness to report issues
-- an amazing claim in itself in light of the claims of
those demanding FDA attention to another destructive
diet product:
aspartame [VIDEO].
In a controversial move by the FDA, access to the
'morning after pill' by minors as young as 17 will soon
be greater: and without parental knowledge. 
This is shocking news to Monte Patterson, who lost his
daughter, Holly Patterson, [right] to the RU486 drug.
Not a contraceptive, RU486
is an abortificient and deserves to be properly
identified as such. Since RU486 does not and cannot
prevent pregnancy, it kills the unborn child. Further,
it
creates havoc in the body of the mother, according
to some who call it 'the human pesticide.'
RU486 has been cited as a cause of death in many
incidents, and the Catholic News Agency has strongly
criticized the move to make it even more accessible
before safety issues have been properly investigated.
Devastating side effects have been reported, and death
is not an uncommon side effect.
This hasn't, however, prevented the
same abortion proponents from pushing this dangerous
product on American women, a point pressed by Concerned
Women for America, citing grave health concerns.
Mareena Silva
Last but not least, the case of Mareena Silva should be
recognized as a disaster of the largest proportions. A
druggist dispensed methotrexate [a known abortifacient]
to a middle aged woman.
A clerk handed the prescription to a young woman with a
similar name.
The young, mother-to-be ingested the product and did not
-- until she fell ill -- realize that the pharmaceutical
she intended to take was not the product in the
prescription bottle.
She returned to the druggist to discover she'd been
unintentionally given an abortifacient in place of her
prescription and the baby she was carrying was now in
grave danger -- and no one could intervene. on behalf of
this innocent victim nor the child's now horrified and
anxious mother.

What
'eugenics' means to you
In a statement issued
first by councilman Wesley Huntley and then
clarified by Mayor Chuck Busby
the Quartzsite Council officially rescinded a
decision made last year to accept a report by Lance
Decker, LLC -- a Phoenix based consultant.
Decker's report, the councilmen stated, was
originally requested to assist the Town's two
Chambers of Commerce.
In fact, they said, Decker's
suggested 'solution,' for the town to take over the
functions of both Chambers of Commerce, only served
to divide the community.

The
Citizen's Coalition recently
formed in Quartzsite is taking issue with
the future status of the post vacated when Bennett
relinquished his position citing 'personal reasons.'
Bennett's letter of resignation was
presented to the council Wednesday, August 27th, and
formally accepted at a special meeting held
Wednesday, August 28th. Many spectators at Tuesday's
meeting indicated they found the diatribe presented
against Mayor Bennett offensive, even though the
case against Bennett -- presented without
interruption by Daniel Field-- did not appear to be
without merit.
Bennett officiated during the first part of that
Tuesday council meeting and excused himself for the
duration of the session, leaving the room to the
remaining members of the council and Town
Manager/Attorney Daniel G. Field, to discuss the
case against him in open session, with many
townspeople in attendance. He did not attend
Thursday's meeting when his resignation was
presented for acceptance.

More than a few disagree that the numbers
of McCain supporters were tallied accurately, and it
seems to be those people -- some politically
prominent -- that are becoming increasingly vocal
with 50,000 people expected to participate in the
St. Paul protest.
Even their detractors agree that they may have a
point: Why was Ron Paul --
the stated winner of every debate in which he
participated - suddenly prevented from debating
either McCain, Clinton or Obama?
Another
point of contention is the
current rhetoric Palin is spewing about Russia:
while the world awaits her making her first real
speech, her first remarks took many by surprise.
Those persons within the U.S. [and many of those
abroad] who oppose further war involvement are
greatly concerned that yet another war is evolving
on yet another front.

Historically, every
society that's become 'matriarchal' in structure has
subsequently, systematically and invariably failed.
Why?
Men are supposed to be achievers.
Women, on the other hand, are meant to be nurturers
and mothers. Women can lead, according to social
professors, but they were intended to lead other
women -- and children. And they are to encourage
their mates in their desire for achievement,
supporting their efforts and being 'a help' in the
lives of their husbands, providing a sound example
to their children and building a home where
successful individuals [sons and daughters] are
taught the merits of their individual roles.
Interestingly, Scripture substantiates this theory
and cites specifics concerning societal 'norms.'
Men were/are intended to lead other men, it states,
and when men take a backseat position, leaving women
to lead, the societal structure fails.
'Enroute to that end,' professors indicate, 'the
culture suffers damage that often entails an
extended period of self destructive patterns of
behavior: sinking into alcoholism, for
instance, or indulgence in drug entrenched periods
that -- unless assisted --
quickly results in decimation of those peoples or
that culture.'
Though it is counter to the feminist promotion of
women as 'Goddesses' minding productive and
successful societies, the myth has yet to be proven
and, true to form, those that have deviated from a
Patriarchal society have done so to their own
detriment.
Relegated to the position of a 'lesser being' in
society, not only do men cease to lead, they
deteriorate within the culture until they become
virtually worthless as mates and fathers --
without which no society can flourish.
So much for the theories of those would-be
Matriarchs...
